Petsure Services Limited is a 100% Kenyan-owned company specialized in A-Z pet relocation from and into Kenya with the sole purpose of bringing our furry buddies home in a safe and secure fashion. With over 10 years experience in the industry, Petsure brings a unique and personalized touch to pet relocation. We are experts from end to end and we collaborate with the key stakeholders that are involved in the relocation of pets. Moving can be quite stressful for families and their pets. At PetSure we pride ourselves in taking your load off when it comes to your pet. Over the years, we have successfully provided a safe and secure door-to-door service to hundreds of families moving in and out of Kenya. We have a unique set of partners and stakeholders in the industry. We handle everything from collection of your pet, boarding facilities, vet services, import and export documentation, flight bookings or road travel logistics including crating, etc

  • PetSure Strategic Objectives

    1. Safe and secure relocation of pets locally and internationally with the sole aim of reuniting them with their owners (reuniting families)
    2. Providing end to end services for pet owners during family moves/reassignment to new duty/business stations.
    3. Providing boarding for pets during moves and/or extended absence from home. ( extra services offered at while pets board: Rabies titre, pretravel vet checks)
    4. Build a network of stakeholders (vets, airlines, govt agencies/border control, road transporters, security firms, etc) and strategic partners that will guarantee a seamless and stress-free relocation of live animals.

  • PetSure Short Term Strategy

    In the short-term, Petsure aims to streamline and revamp the business front office i.e.
    1. Design and relaunch of the Company Strategy
    2. Publish the company profile document
    3. Set up of company website and populating it
    4. Set up of professional email for management and staff/contractors. Inform key stakeholders and partners. Streamline comms internally and external.
    5. Streamline the company’s toolbox (templates for letterheads, invoices, website incl facebook, Instagram and twitter handles, Logo, flyers, etc)
    6. Automate invoicing and tracking of payments through an internal company end-to-end SAP/citrix-based platform. Explore the feasibility of this platform handling the HR/Admin aspects of the company
    7. Design and develop the company’s communications and marketing strategy. Launch the marketing strategy targeting individual and corporate clients.
    8. Design and business development/expansion strategy.

  • PetSure Mid-Term Strategy

    1. Strategic review and goal setting for financial year 2023 including revenue streams and targets (relocation, boarding, pet sourcing, etc)
    2. Construction of temporary Kennels at the MD’s residence in Kibiko
    3. Land acquisition for the construction of permanent PetSure boarding facility.
    4. Develop a staffing strategy and salary scale for future staff contracting
    5. Streamline the service charges and tax regime (e.g. VAT collection and filing returns). Engage a tax expert on a contract basis.
    6. Review the physical office needs and need for front office staff or lack thereof
    7. Secure and onboard at least three new corporate clients i.e. G4S, Nairobi Polo Club, Kenya/Nairobi dog show?, etc
